Airless spray plaster is a pre mixed liquid plaster delivered in bags, thus eliminating the need for water and significant mess on site. Once dispensed into the machine hopper it is applied via a spray gun and sprayed onto the substrate; both walls and ceilings can be done in a single application.
Once the plaster is smoothed out and dry, a second coat is applied and similarly smoothed and left to dry. The airless spray plaster is then given a light sand to leave a perfectly smooth finish ready for decoration, and as the plaster is white, it reduces the need for a paint primer base coat, saving time and money.
